burner controls transformation (stomach, spleen, and pancreas), and the lower burner controls elimination
(liver, kidney, bladder, large and small intestine).
This meridian serves to distribute heat between
the three cavities of thoracic, abdominal and pelvic via the pertaining energy organs namely the lungs,
the spleen, and the kidneys.
Fevers characteristically deminish between 9 and 11 pm.
